+ Oversee and coordinate all transactions
+ Attract new residents
+ Investigate and resolve resident complaints
+ Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
+ Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
+ Supervise and train property staff
+ Enforce property and company's rules and regulations
+ Previous experience in property management
+ Must have Tax Credit experience (LIHTC)
+ Familiarity with leases
+ Ability to build rapport with residents
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management Software preferred
