Connor Mortland

Connor Mortland is a Vice President in the Investments Team at Avanath.  In this role, Connor is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions as well as asset management.  In this role, Connor has closed over 20 acquisitions and has managed Avanath’s redevelopment projects.  Connor joined Avanath in October 2017 as a Senior Fund Accountant and transferred to Acquisitions in August 2018.   Prior to joining Avanath, Connor was a public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City for three years, where he performed audits for multibillion dollar hedge funds and private equity funds. Connor has certifications as a Real Estate Salesperson and a CPA (inactive) in the State of California.  Connor obtained his Master’s degree in Accounting and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.  Outside of Avanath, Connor is a professional volleyball player for San Diego Wave.
