Ronald R. Juskiewicz

Mr. Juskiewicz is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance issues within the organization. This includes assisting with the design, implementation, and oversight of internal controls; creating and implementing policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines; reviewing and enhancing the effectiveness of such controls, policies, and procedures; and interfacing with regulators.

Mr. Juskiewicz's 30-year real estate career includes roles in all functions within the real estate industry, including accounting/auditing, debt financing as a lender and as a borrower, investment equity, property entitlements and development and asset management.

Mr. Juskiewicz began his career with the “Big Eight” accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, primarily auditing real estate development and construction companies during his six-year tenure. He spent 10 years in real estate lending, providing acquisition, development and construction financing to residential and commercial property developers located throughout the United States, achieving the position of Vice President and Manager of the Orange County real estate office at First Interstate Bank. More recently, Mr. Juskiewicz was the Director of Asset Management for Capstone Advisors, a Southern California-based real estate equity investment firm, where he managed a team of asset managers and a portfolio of investments that were partnership interests in entities that acquired, entitled, developed, and/or constructed residential and commercial properties located primarily in California.

Mr. Juskiewicz holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with an Accounting major, both from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant with an inactive license in the state of Illinois and an attorney with an inactive license with the state of California.
