Avanath Capital Management, LLC, a private real estate investment manager, announces the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointment of Carly Stevenson, a property management industry veteran, as Executive Vice President of Property Management.
Carly Stevenson has been appointed executive vice president of property management at Irvine-based Avanath Capital Management, a real estate investment manager. Previously, she was president of property management at Mandel Group, a multi-state multifamily property management firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Stevenson also has held multiple management positions at AMLI and Waterton Residential.
