Avanath was founded in 2007 by Daryl J. Carter and a core management team that included; Jun Sakumoto, Ellen Guccione, Ben Finley, Tonya Barnes, and Kim Canada. This team was later enhanced by the addition of partners, Ron Juskiewicz and John Williams.
