Civic engagement
It is Avanath’s philosophy to invest holistically – meaning that we invest in the brick and mortar real estate, and we also invest in activities and services that enhance our residents’ lives and make their communities stronger. Our civic engagement includes the following activities at our properties:
- Community forums with elected officials and other government leaders
- After school programs
- Youth sports activities
- Promoting wellness and good health
- Transportation for seniors and disabled
- Language translations services
- Computer and technology training
- Financial literacy and wellness
- Arts and crafts classes
