Denise Ashton has been appointed the new incoming District Council Chair for Urban Land Institute Orange County / Inland Empire (ULI OC/IE). Ashton previously served as the ULI OC/IE Assistant Chair and has been active in various leadership roles at the District Council for over two decades.
