Avanath Capital Management and Oak Tree Management have acquired 17 apartment buildings in Brooklyn for $73 million.
The portfolio consists of 198 units across one property in Prospect Heights, seven in Crown Heights, two in Williamsburg and seven in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
