Kaitlyn Mullin

Kaitlyn is the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Avanath Capital Management, where she is responsible for overseeing investor-facing functions. Previously, Kaitlyn led Avanath’s Financial Planning and Analysis team, providing reporting on forecasts, key performance indicators and analysis of data and trends impacting the portfolio. Prior to joining Avanath, Kaitlyn served as an advisory manager at Deloitte, performing consulting, valuation, and advisory services for a diverse range of real estate clients. She has a strong background in real estate valuation principals and brings valuable operational and strategic experience in affordable housing asset management from prior roles in the industry. Kaitlyn holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
