Madeline Hall

Madeline is a Senior Vice President heading the Asset Management Team at Avanath. In this role, she is responsible for working with the Team to develop and execute  Avanath’s strategy on an asset-by-asset basis across the country. Madeline focuses on monitoring regional and asset-level performance. Together the Asset Management team supports property management, compliance, acquisition, disposition, and refinancing activities. Madeline works to establish and oversee the development and execution of internal property budgeting. Prior to joining Avanath, Madeline was a Senior Vice President at Jupiter Realty Company – a full service real estate firm developing, owning and operating a variety of property types across the country.  Madeline holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
