She has extensive expertise in affordable housing, having worked on initiatives to develop, manage, and advocate for housing solutions that serve low-income communities. Ms. Accarino has overseen lease-ups, value-add renovations, student housing, mixed-use developments, affordable housing projects, and property dispositions. She excels at aligning operational execution with financial goals. Ms. Accarino's expertise spans asset management, budgeting and financial analysis, market strategy, team development, and client relations, with a proven track record of improving occupancy, driving revenue growth, and navigating complex investment lifecycles. She studied at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco, where she focused on Visual Communications. Beyond her professional work, Ms. Accarino is deeply engaged in community and philanthropic efforts, focusing on housing advocacy with Habitat for Humanity and The Housing Industry Foundation, educational initiatives with IREM and the California Apartment Association, and mental health awareness through the Tender Hearts Community.
