Troy S. Jenkins

Troy Jenkins is a highly experienced professional in institutional commercial real estate, with over 30 years of expertise in leveraging micro-market analysis and innovative investment strategies to generate high risk-adjusted returns, regardless of economic conditions. Currently, as Senior Director of Avanath Capital Management, he leads capital-raising initiatives for affordable housing, development, and debt funds while fostering relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Troy's extensive network connects him with leading global institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, and endowments. Throughout his career, Troy has held senior roles in prominent organizations. As Principal and Director at Avison Young Investment Management, he led U.S. operations, developed investment strategies, and oversaw capital-raising efforts. At American Realty Advisors, he built relationships with public pension funds as Senior Vice President. In previous roles with CBRE Global Investors and Archon Group, Troy managed diverse portfolios, handled acquisitions and dispositions, and enhanced financial performance. Beyond his professional achievements, Troy serves on multiple boards, including the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and has been recognized for his leadership and contributions in business and community organizations.
