She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and key strategic decisions that drive portfolio performance and long-term profitability. Working cross-functionally with on-site property teams, ownership groups, investors, and corporate leadership, she ensures the effective execution of strategic initiatives aligned with operational and financial goals.   Her experience includes leading revenue-enhancement strategies, resident retention programs, value-add initiatives, new construction lease-ups, and comprehensive marketing efforts.
