Patricia Gaudin

Ms. Gaudin is currently EVP of Human Resources for Avanath Capital Management. Previously, she was SVP, Human Resources of for Interior Specialists, CHRO/SVP for Lineage Logistics and VP of Human Resources for Tectrans, Inc. and Keolis Transit America, Inc. Ms. Gaudin has served as a member of the C-suite and was responsible for leading the strategic direction of all HR and payroll functions as well as managed due diligence and M&A integration efforts. Ms. Gaudin also previously worked with The SCI Companies as Business Team Manager where she was responsible for client profitability and handled all aspects of the client's co-employer contracted HR administrative services. Ms. Gaudin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.  In her current role, Ms. Gaudin is responsible for the creating the strategic roadmap for all human capital initiatives for Avanath, which includes, but is not limited to, redeveloping the company’s HRIS platform, introducing a fully integrated human capital platform for leadership and workforce process centered service delivery, the development of the company’s learning organization and overall staff development for both the HR team and Avanath’s workforce.
