Eric Dicus

Eric Dicus is a Senior Vice President at Avanath Capital Management, overseeing the firm’s acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Eric has developed a robust expertise in real estate valuation and operational excellence.  His extensive industry experience encompasses valuations across all major classes of commercial real estate. Before joining Avanath in 2024, Eric led the real estate consulting practices at Andersen Tax and Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, further honing his skills in navigating complex financial landscapes. Eric earned his MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine and holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a CFA® charter holder, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in finance and investments.
