Prior to joining Avanath, Kat spent over 15 years with Legacy Partners Residential in a multitude of roles. In addition to her time at Legacy, Kat has been an active trainer in multiple NAA certifications for the past decade through the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Kat holds her CAM and CAPS certifications and is an AAMD Tribute Award Winner as their selection for “Most Outstanding Community Manager” in Colorado. Kat's life long dream to educate has come true at Avanath.
