Saul T. McDonald

Saul T. McDonald is Senior Vice President Head of Capital Markets, responsible for leading national acquisition efforts and manages the day-to-day functions of the team. Saul joined Avanath in 2015 and has been a driver of many of the firm’s Fund II, Fund III, and Fund IV investments. Prior to Avanath, Saul worked at Walker & Dunlop as a GSE multifamily underwriter where he underwrote over $270 million in multifamily loans on assets within 28 different U.S. Markets. Saul obtained his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s, James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate and his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University where he studied Business-Economics and Africana Studies.
