Scott brings extensive experience in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, automation, and applied artificial intelligence. He has led the deployment of AI-enabled operational tools, workflow automation, and data-driven platforms that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and reduce operational risk. Prior to joining Avanath, Scott held leadership roles at NCR Corporation supporting global payments platforms and cloud-based infrastructure, where system resilience, security, and high-availability operations were essential to business performance. A collaborative and pragmatic leader, Scott partners closely with executive leadership, operations, asset management, and property teams to ensure technology investments support Avanath’s mission-driven real estate strategy.
