Ken McMackin
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management
Ken is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Management Team at Avanath. In this role, Ken is responsible for overseeing Avanath’s investor-facing functions. Previous to his role in Portfolio Management, Ken lead Avanath’s Asset Management Team and was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Avanath’s strategy on an asset-by-asset basis across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Avanath, Ken worked at Healthpeak Properties, a publicly traded healthcare REIT, in their Senior Housing Finance group and also worked at Deloitte in their Real Estate Consulting practice.
Ken holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University Long Beach.
