Lauri Heffron

Lauri Heffron currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Avanath’s Central Portfolio. With over 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Lauri has managed a diverse portfolio, market rate, affordable, including Class A to C properties, mixed use, commercial, and senior housing.   Throughout her distinguished career, Lauri has received numerous accolades, including Regional Manager of the Year from the AOMA Association Awards in Wisconsin, and Mandel Group’s most prestigious operations award, Chicago’s CAMME premier industry award for Assistant Property Manager of the Year.   Passionate about the industry, Lauri is dedicated to fostering a positive and dynamic work environment.
